Front cover: for the main image i chose a fun smiley image to give the impression that college is fun and enjoyable. I chose the colour yellow because it is a calm and relaxing colour but still draws attention to it, the reason i used it is because it also represents the college .the reason i used the font that i did is so that it appears cool and calm to read, my subtitles are ones that i thought would attract the readers attention the most because young people are allways looking for jobs or interested in gigs and events so if they see this in the front cover then they are more likely to want to pick it up and read it . Contents page: for my contents page i also used a happy bubly image to follow the theme that college is not a chore its fun and enjoyable i also added a second image of three boys to show that its not just girls that can enjoy college its also boys. i used a more modern font for my contents and i layered it down the left hand side i dont realy know why i just think it looks good that way, the reason i put these pages in my magazine is because i think they are all catogorys that will appeal to young people in college.
